40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Community healthy people without any disease, no coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases in hospital, inpatients tried to do coronary angiography because of unstable angina pectoris or myocardial infarction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with infection, inflammation, autoimmune diseases, progressive liver and kidney dysfunction, tumors, trauma and surgical history in recent months. 2. Patients who refused to participate in the trial and signed informed consent. 3. Patients admitted to hospital are in critical condition and are in urgent need of rescue. 4. Patients who have nothing to do with the purpose of this study.
