45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I or II, need OLV during operation, aged 49-77 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preexisting hypoxemia, diagnosed major obstructive or restrictive pulmonary disease (preoperative forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1) and forced vital capacity (FVC) <70% of predicted value), pulmonary infection before surgery, body mass index (BMI) of less than 20 or more than 35, need immune modulators.
