30 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) unilateral hemiplegia caused by the first stroke; (2) stable condition, more than 3 months, aged >= 40 years; (3) Functional Ambulation Category Scale (FAC) >= level 3; (4) Brunnstrom of lower limbs was assessed in IV-V stage; (5) with the approval of the ethics committee and informed consent of patients and their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) other diseases such as orthopedics that obviously affect walking; (2) have severe cognitive impairment, which affects the understanding of instructions, and simplify the mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) < 24; (3) having mental illness or taking drugs for mental illness; (4) visual or auditory impairment caused by cerebral apoplexy or other injuries, affecting the observation of the environment.
