Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) HIV or syphilis infections were detected in eight preoperative items due to planned operation; (2) HIV or syphilis infections were detected in eight preoperative items due to emergency operation; (3) patients diagnosed as AIDS or syphilis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Because of self-discomfort, patients infected with HIV or syphilis were found out after consultation for non-surgical reasons; (2) Eight cases were HIV-positive before operation, but the patients were excluded by the disease control department.
