Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preterm infants( 0.30, and the chest radiograph confirms I-III RDS; 4.No air leak syndrome; 5.The guardian's informed consent is obtained prior to randomization, and at least one guardian can communicate in Mandarin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from a severe congenital malformation (such as the Faro quadruple); 2. The scalp of the operation site is damaged; 3. Endotracheal intubation before the study, or a critical illness such as suffocation requires immediate endotracheal intubation; 4. Abandon treatment or death before obtaining research data; 5.Repeated administration is required due to changes in the condition.
