18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) diagnosed with AP; (2) having AP for less than 5 days; (3) aged 18-70 years; (4) with the informed consent of the patient or his legal representative, voluntary subjects and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with other serious organ diseases; 2. patients who had used other mucosal protective agents in the previous week or had used other mucosal protective agents for more than 3 days in two weeks; 3. patients who had a definite diagnosis of peptic ulcer within three months; 4. patients who had used NASIDs in the previous month; 5. patients who had previous gastroduodenal surgeries; 6. Patients with gastric or duodenal tumors; 7. patients with history of chronic pancreatitis or pancreatic cancer; 8. patients with anaphylaxis and heterogenous reaction to ribapamide; 9. patients who are unable to complete endoscopy due to serious illness or personal refusal; 10. pregnant or nursing women.
