Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The susbjects in line with ICD-10 depressive episode diagnostic criteria, and mild or moderate; 2. Aged 18 to 45 years; 3. The subjects with clear consciousness and independent judgment; 4. The subjects can understand the purpose of this study and voluntarily coordinate; 5. The subjects had no major diseases such as heart, liver, brain tumor and other brain disease, taking the history of psychotropic substances.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Psychiatric patients; 2. The subjects had serious physical disease; 3. The subjects had a history of drug abuse including to take drugs treatment PMDD within three months; 4. The subjects had blood diseases; 5. The subjects were pregnant or lactating women; 6. The subjects had the symptoms of aphasia, disturbance of consciousness, dementia and other conditions; 7. The subjects had history of chronic five viscera diseases and clinical symptoms; 8. The subjects had unilateral oophorectomy or abortion within six months.
