Moderate-intensity group:Resistance exercise of 55%-60%1-RM
High-intensity group:Resistance exercise of 75%-80%1-RM

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The drug abusers who were agreed to enter this study 1. aged between 20 to 45 years; 2. educational level in primary school and above; 3. compliance with DSM-V requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. colour blindness; 2. with a history of loss consciousness caused by head damage; 3. with history of mental illness or mental illness in immediate relatives; 4. physical disability or medical problems prevent or prohibit participation in resistance campaigns.
