Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the GDM diagnostic criteria, the first diagnosis of GDM was 18 to 49 years old, and the patient was willing to accept the intestinal flora test, and was included in the study after signing the Informed Consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance before pregnancy; 2. Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome before pregnancy; 3. Patients with severe stressful life events, severe anxiety, and depression; 4. complicated with hypertension, chronic hypertension, chronic nephritis and other chronic history; 5. long-term diarrhea or a history of chronic digestive tract chronic disease, or functional gastrointestinal disease; 6. long-term use of antibiotics or regulation of intestinal flora drugs patient.
