Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preschool children aged 3-7 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status class I-II; 3. The patients who undergo ENT surgery such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy.The duration of surgery is <2 hours; 4. The Patients plan to perform general anesthesia; 5. The patients was admitted to the PACU after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with neuropsychiatric diseases; 2.Patients with maladaptive behaviors, attention deficit disorder, or autism; 3.Patients having developmental delay; 4.Patients having anxiety in the preoperative period requiring sedative premedication; 5.Patients having a mild cold; 6.Can not communicate before or after surgery, or have a history of significant hearing or visual impairments; 7.Those who refuse to sign the consent form; 8.The investigator considered it inappropriate to participate in the study.
