Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For an inclusion of the study, participant must: 1. Be age of 18 or above at the time of informed consent; 2. Be infected with HCV genotype 1; 3. Be indicated to initial DAA treatment regimen; 4. Be willing to give informed consent before study screening.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The participant may not be eligible for the study if one of the followings is met: 1. Race other than Chinese; 2. Other potential reasons, in the investigators discretion, to confound or affect completion of study procedure.
