Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged over 50 years with osteoporosis. 2) Gender is not limited. 3) Have the ability of autonomous behavior, can be regularly followed up in my unit. 4) Lumbar surgery was performed for the first time. 5) Sign informed consent and cooperate closely.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe complications such as serious underlying diseases and post-operative infections. 2) Complicated with spinal tumors, tuberculosis and other spinal joint diseases. 3) Severe adverse reactions were discontinued or could not be treated as planned. 4) During the following period, other treatment methods were adopted and the results were affected. 5) Patients voluntarily withdraw from the trial.
