18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients consented to participate in the study; 2) aged 18-70 years; 3) diagnosed with active moderate-to-severe TED based on Bartleys criteria; 4) patients needed to received intravenous methylprednisolone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) inactive TED and sight-threatening TED; 2) history of ocular surface disorders such as dry eye, allergic conjunctivitis, and pterygium; 3) history of ocular surgery, and 4)anyone who received medications that may affect ocular surface parameters including systematic immune disease; 5) contact lens wearing; 6) topical anti-glaucoma drug use.
