Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 16 to 60 years old; 2. meet the diagnostic criteria for DSM-IV or ICD-10 schizophrenia; 3. schizophrenia patients who have started to use or switch to (not including dose adjustment) risperidone, olanzapine, clozapine orally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Consolidation of patients with physical diseases such as diabetes, essential hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Refractory patients need to be treated with antipsychotic drugs; 3. Accompanied by serious suicidal ideation or previous suicidal behavior; 4. participating in another intervention study at the same time.
