Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hypertension group: 1. In the absence of antihypertensive drugs, systolic blood pressure (SBP)>=140mmHg and diastolic blood pressure (DBP)>=90mmHg were monitored for three times in the resting state, or the blood pressure level was lower than 140/90mmhg after the treatment of antihypertensive drugs; 2. Complete clinical history and related data; 3. Agree to participate in the project researcher. Non-hypertensive group: 1. systolic blood pressure < 140mmHg, diastolic blood pressure < 90mmHg; 2. Complete clinical history and related data; 3. Agree to participate in the project researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypertension group: 1. secondary hypertension; 2. congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction, heart valve disease, coronary artery bypass surgery; 3. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases occurred within six months, such as myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, stroke; 4. Renal insufficiency; 5. Any condition that affects the 24-hour blood pressure dynamic (e.g. atrial fibrillation or arrhythmia); 6. Pregnancy; 7. Severe infection; 8. Malignant tumor. Non-hypertensive group: 1. Family history of hypertension; 2. body mass index(BMI)>40kg/m2; 3. congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction, heart valve disease, coronary artery bypass surgery; 4. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases occurred within six months, such as myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, stroke; 5. Malignant tumor; 6. Renal insufficiency; 7.
