14 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Both gender aged 14~75 years; 2. Acanthamoeba keratitis with definite diagnosis; 3. Remaining corneal thickness in the deepest part of ulcer is > 400 um; 4. To be signed the informed consent, agreed to complete treatment andfollow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intraocular surgery has been performed in the past; 2. To be with eyes other organic disease; 3. To be with immune corneal diseases; 4. To be with system collagen connective tissue disease; 5. To be with severe allergic constitution; 6. Pregnancy or lactating women as well as who has a birth plan; 7. Liver function (ALT andAST) over than normal two folders; 8. Renal function (Cr) over than normal two folders; 9. To be with severe cardiovascular andcerebral vascular disease; 10. To be with low serum protein; 11. To be with diabetes; 12. To be with tumour; 13. To be involved in other drug or medical instrument clinical trials in last three monthes; 14. To be considered not suitable for this study.
