18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged from 18 to 65 years, BMI index ranged from 18 to 35 kg/m2 and ASA grade I to II. It is expected that patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient refused. The catgut embedding site had infection and liver and kidney dysfunction.
