Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 12-18 years (into adolescence); gender: male; bone age: 13.5-16 years old; height: the same age and same sex with the same race average height -2SD, 2 according to the bone age height standard deviation below -2SD, or adults with a lifetime expectancy of < 160cm are predicted.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Asexual development; combined with thyroid disease, abnormal bone metabolism, chronic liver and kidney disease, etc..
