18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age ranges from 18 to 60 years old; (2) All the subjects met the diagnostic criteria of simple obesity in Chinese Expert Consensus on Adult Obesity Prevention and Treatment; (3) First-time formal nursing intervention; (4) The subjects voluntarily joined the study, signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Accompanied sleep apnea, liver and kidney or other medical system diseases; (2) Accompanied any other system diseases; (3) No history of surgery or trauma in the past three months; (4) Accompanied consciousness, mental and cognitive disorder, unable to cooperate with the research plan; (5) Drug-induced weight loss in subjects.
