Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All the subjects were confirmed by CT or MRI, and meeted the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke in Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2014. (2) All the subjects had the first onset of the disease,with varying degrees of hemiparalysis, decreasing muscle strength,gait instability and unable to take care of themselves. The age of them ranged from 20 to 80 years ,and the course of the disease ranged from 1 week to 3 months. (3) All the subjects were clear-minded and stable in vital signs, could cooperate with the evaluation and treatment in the process of the program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) All subjects were excluded from acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hemorrhagic stroke, cardiac insufficiency or severe arrhythmia, severe infection, poisoning and trauma. (2) All subjects had pre-morbidity limb dysfunction or diseases that might affect limb dysfunction (such as poliomyelitis, encephalitis, etc.); (3) With sleep apnea, liver and kidney diseases or other medical system diseases; (4) The subjects who lost interviews, had poor compliance or refused to join the study.
