Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Comply with the diagnostic criteria for diabetes developed by the World Health Organization (WHO) Committee of Diabetes Experts. 2) After admission, the fundus angiography (FFA) examination after dilated pupils meets the diagnostic criteria for the national unified diabetic retinopathy of the Chinese Medical Association Ophthalmology Society. 3) 24-hour urine microprotein quantitative test after admission, in line with the diagnostic criteria for diabetic nephropathy. 4) Aged 20-80 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Type 1 diabetes and other types of diabetes. 2) Acute complications of diabetes such as DKA, hyperosmolar coma, etc.. 3) Liver and kidney disease. 4) Various types of acute and chronic infections. 5) History of malignant tumors. 6) History of blood system diseases. 7) History of rheumatic immune diseases. 8) Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. 9) ocular retinal macular disease and optic nerve diseases, such as glaucoma, hypertensive retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, choroidal neovascularization, etc.; vitreous hemorrhage, severe refractive interstitial opacity. 10) BMI >= 40 kg/m2.
