Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in 2010 classification criteria of American College of Rheumatology or European League Against Rheumatism: (2) older than 18 years old; (3) have a smart phone and reading ability; (4) are taking at least one rheumatoid medication (DMARDs); (5) agree to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) combined with other serious physical diseases, such as heart failure, renal insufficiency and respiratory failure; (2) patients who have previously been diagnosed with cognitive impairment and mental diseases; (3) patients who cannot take care of themselves.
