Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The previous cesarean section was performed by transverse incision of lower uterine segment, and all patients were diagnosed by gynecological examination, ultrasound and serum beta-HCG examination.Serum beta-HCG was more than 5000 IU/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe medical complications, such as heart, pulmonary insufficiency or impaired liver function; 2. Previous history of uterine artery embolization; 3. Clear history of contrast agent or MTX allergy; 4. Multiple pregnancies; 5. Patients have been included in other studies, which conflict with this study.
