Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade II~III; 2. NYHA grade I~II; 3. Diagnosis of children with biliary atresia, undergoing ralated liver transplantaion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Re-transplantation; 2. Combined with heart, lung, kidney, and brain failure before operarion; 3. Combined with congenital diseases such as congenital heart disease before operarion; 4. Application of heparin drugs; 5. Participants with severe arrhythmia, major bleeding and other complications during surgery.
