Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to China's new PD diagnostic standards in 2016; (2) The H-Y grade of severity of exercise symptom is 1 ~ 3; (3) Patients who were able to complete the scale assessment without significant cognitive impairment; (4) Those who were older than 45 and younger than 80; (5) All subjects are required to give informed consent to the this study and sign informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients previously diagnosed with Parkinson's syndrome (including traumatic, neoplastic, vascular, drug-induced, toxic and hydrocephalus); (2) Patients who are unable to walk or stand independently due to fractures or other causes and who are unable to complete the assessment scale; (3) Patients with progressive supra-nuclear paralysis, multi-system atrophy, cortical basal ganglia degeneration and other Parkinson's syndrome; (4) Patients with serious diseases of heart, lung, liver, kidney and blood system; (5) Patients with a previous history of epilepsy; (6) Those who were vequipped with a heart pacemaker or other metal implants. (7) Those who participate in other rehabilitation training.
