Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fresh calcaneous fracture of the genus Gartland III in children within 3 days of injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) combined with vascular nerve injury or open fracture; 2) history of ipsilateral elbow joint fracture.
