Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 60 years, male or female; 2. BMI 24-30 kg/m2; 3. Patients with grade IV muscle strength (able to resist full exercise at moderate load); 4. Prediabetic diagnostic criteria: simple impaired fasting blood glucose (iIFG): fasting blood glucose 5.6-6.9 mmol/L, simple impaired glucose tolerance (iI). GT: Glucose 7.8-11.0 mmol/L 2 hours after OGTT, IFG+IGT: Fasting blood glucose (>=5.6 and = 7.8 and < 11.1 mmol/L) 2 hours after OGTT, simple glycosylated hemoglobin (iHbA1C) 5.7-6.4%; 5. Willing and having time to participate in this study, and those who meet the above criteria can be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In the state of infection and stress, there are various serious acute and chronic diseases, tumors and other immune diseases; 2. Unable to complete the study as required; 3. Using glucocorticoids or hypoglycemic drugs; 4. Pregnant and lactating women.
