18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years and older, both male and female; 2. Patients presenting with refractory ulcerative colitis requiring surgical treatment; 3. Patients without other serious complications; 4. Patients without history of colon surgery; 5. Patients without concurrent tumors; 6. patients who have given informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe complications and unable to tolerate surgery; 2. Patients with malignant tumor or organ failure; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Patients with diabetic and hypertension; 5. Those who could not comply with the study arrangement or refused to sign the informed consent; 6. Those who unable to return to the hospital according to the study plan; 7. Those who intend to perform total proctocolectomy in one-stage or traditional 2-stage fashion; 8. To be judged by the researchers that the patient is not appropriate to take part in the clinical trial.
