Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnostic criteria are in accordance with the Chinese Heart Failure Diagnosis and Treatment Guide 2018; 2. The heart color ultrasound measured LVEF <=40%, 3. NYHA classification II-IV; 4. Aged 18-75 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to microecological preparations; 2. Severe liver dysfunction, alanine aminotransferase is 3 times higher than the upper limit of normal; 3. Severe renal insufficiency: endogenous creatinine clearance rate <=60 ml/min; 4. Patients with high blood system diseases or bleeding; 5. Combine serious infections; 6. Patients with malignant tumors; 7. Pregnant women.
