Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria of primary nephrotic syndrome in children; 2. aged <=18 years old; 3. previous or recent 3 months did not apply hormones, immunosuppressive agents, blood purification treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous or recent 3 months of the application of hormones, immunosuppressive agents, blood purification treatment; 2. On account of economic difficulties or poor adherence, the patients cannot complete clinical observation; 3. With organic diseases (heart, liver, gastrointestinal, blood diseases, etc.).
