Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) History of head trauma, confirmed by cranial imaging examination, and trauma occurred 48 hours before admission; (2) Aged 18 to 65 years; (3) admission examination is coma, Grasse score ( Glasgow Coma Scale, GCS) <=8 points; (4) coma after injury for more than 5 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe basal diseases such as cerebral infarction, crown disease, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, liver and kidney failure; 2. incomplete patient data, abandon treatment in the middle; 3. serious patients during observation and treatment Vital signs, irreversible brain stem damage, respiratory and circulatory failure, and serious complications such as high fever and infection; 4. Withserious diseases of the central nervous system and cerebrovascular diseases in the past medical history.
