Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The course of the disease was more than 30 days. 2. The diagnosis of sinus wound can be confirmed. 3. The age ranges from 18 to 80 years. 4. Health status and general condition of patients can fit the requirements of this new clinical technology. 5. Sign informed consent before treatment,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Sinus (Cacity) wound passage into body cavity. 2. Patients with cognitive impairment. 3. Those who have heart, brain, lung or other important organ dysfunction can not tolerate surgery.
