Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Comply with the diagnostic criteria for the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Relapsed and Intractable Acute Myeloid Leukemia in China (2017 Edition); (2) Aged < 70 years; (3) No history of allergies to the group of drugs; (4) Each subject (or his legal representative) must sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Other malignant tumors that are diagnosed as being in addition to or in need of treatment in addition to AML; (2) Patients with severe liver and kidney function and cardiopulmonary dysfunction; (3) uncontrolled or serious infection; (4) Patients and their families request to withdraw from the test.
