Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Major caregivers: Non-professional main caregivers of stroke patients who met the diagnostic criteria of the 4th National Cerebrovascular Disease and were confirmed by cranial MRI or CT; (2) Age of main caregivers for stroke: aged >= 18 years and <= 75 years; (3) length of care: a primary caregiver who cares for patients more than 5 days a week and more than 4 hours a day. If multiple caregivers take care of each other and the care time is approximately the same, one caregiver should be designated as the main caregiver. (4) No obvious cognitive and linguistic dysfunction. (5) Participate in this study on the principle of informed consent, and can complete the research questionnaire independently or with the help of researchers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) the main caregivers of stroke who are unwilling to accept intervention; (2) the main caregivers of stroke who stop caring for patients in the middle of the way; (3) the main caregivers of stroke who choose to withdraw from the main caregivers of stroke by themselves.
