25 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients that were diagnosed as facial tightening, aged 25 to 65 year, male or female; (2) Never receive any other treatment for facial tightening before; (3) The parents signed informed consent, willing to accept the blank control test, and combined with the self - control with long-term trials, and with long-term follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women or women who have plans for pregnancy; (2) Allergy to topical anesthetics; (3) The lesions were ulcer or eczema; (4) Patients with severe organic disease or mental illness; (5) Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
