Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years, male or female 2. Inoperable lung cancer patients diagnosed by histopathology or cytology; 3. Voluntarily joined the study and signed the informed consent; 4. The researchers believe that treatment can be beneficial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients have a history of immunodeficiency, or have other acquired, congenital immunodeficiency diseases, or have a history of organ transplantation 2. Patients have thyroid dysfunction in the past, and in the case of medical treatment, thyroid function can not be maintained within the normal range. 3. Pregant or lactating women; 4. Patients with a history of psychotropic substance abuse who is unable to quit or has a mental disorder 5. Not suitable for inclusion according to the researcher.
