Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 to 85 years old; (2) Patients with cerebral haemorrhage or infarction; the diagnosis is in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for stroke formulated by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases, and the diagnosis of stroke by head CT or MRI; (3) First-time infarction, basal ganglia lesions, no craniocerebral trauma, central or peripheral nervous system diseases, no major organ failure, serious infection, malignant tumor, liver and kidney disease, etc.; (4) Agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous motor dysfunction or other serious organ diseases and language, visual impairment, mental disorders, etc.; 2. The medical record information is incomplete.
