2 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cerebral digital subtraction contrast angiography (DSA) or/and magnetic resonance angiography revealed severe stenosis or occlusion of the distal internal carotid or proximal middle and anterior cerebral arteries with prominent lenticulostriate 'moyamoya collaterals'; 2. Able to receive the imaging examination(ultrasonography\CTA\CTP\MRI\DSA); 3. Written informed consent had been obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other brain or cerebrovascular disease; 2. Dependent (mRS > 2).
