Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients had cochlear implantated underwent genetic testing at the Genetic Testing Center of the PLA general hospital for cochlear implants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refused to this study after taught; 2. Patients with bilateral implantation but inconsistent brands; 3. Patients with incomplete surgical date,electrode information or cochlear brand; 4. Deceased patients.
