Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Concealed penis or hypospadias in children aged 1-13 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA level III - VI Local anesthetic allergy history Refuse to accepte sacral block anesthesia or laryngeal mask general anesthesia Other upper respiratory tract infection history, significant clinical infection less zhan 1 week before surgery Receive antibiotics and hormone therapy within 1 month before surgery Systemic diseases such as heart disease, severe hepatitis, acute nephritis, blood system diseases etc.
