18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA graded as I-III; age range 18-75 years no gender; diagnosed as chest and lung disease, patients requiring thoracoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative blood pressure >= 180/110mmHg; 2. Liver and kidney function indicators below or above the normal range, eg: alanine aminotransferase (ALT): 5-40 U/ L, aspartate aminotransferase (AST): 8-40U / L endogenous Creatinine clearance rate: 80-120ml/min serum creatinine 44-133umol/L; 3. Arrhythmia, cardiac insufficiency (NYHAIII/IV); 4. Patients with abnormal coagulopathy; 5. History of mental illness; 6. Infection of the back puncture site; 7. Patients who died or gave up treatment during and after surgery.
