Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Five stages of chronic kidney disease; (2) Aged between 18 and 80 years; (3) Regular hemodialysis (3 times a week, 4 hours each time), more than 3 months; (4) Regular use of drugs to correct complications, such as renal anemia, metabolic acidosis and renal osteopathy; (5) HAMD score of depression scale is over 10; (6) TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to GanYuPiXu.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Temporary dialysis for acute renal failure or chronic renal failure with reduced frequency or detachment from dialysis; (2) Acupuncture points include limb absence, vascular access, hemangioma, scar, rash, etc.; (3) Severe complications of dialysis, such as acute cerebrovascular disease, acute coronary syndrome, severe heart failure, coagulation dysfunction, fracture, etc.; (4) Acupuncture was given within 2 weeks before treatment; (5) Antidepressants have been used within 2 weeks before treatment; (6) Take traditional Chinese medicine decoction and Chinese patent medicine for GanYuPiXu within 2 weeks before treatment; (7) Language or mental retardation, unable to answer and fill out questionnaires smoothly; (8) Reproductive women without contraception, pregnant and lactating women.
