Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who are diagnosed as chronic diseases; 2. aged >= 18 years; 3. patients with stable condition and clear consiciousness, good speaking or writing literacy; 4. patients provided their written and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with mental illness, personality disorders, intellectural disablities, brain injuries or brain disorders, and congnitive and behaviroal disorders; 2. patients with hearing impairment or visual impairment, or other reasons that leads to inability to cooperate and complete the study; 3. pregnacy or lactation.
