Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective colon cancer radical surgery, aged 55-75 years, ASA grade I~II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to study informed consent; presence of CNS-related or psychiatric disorders; regular administration of sedative or antidepressant; failure to communicate effectively due to language or hearing problems; MMSE scale score <20 points.
