Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 18 and 70 years, no gender limitation; (2) the pathological diagnosis was consistent with chronic gastritis on gastroscopy; (3) understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals that fell outside the age range; (2) patients diagnosed with schizophrenia, major depression and other psychiatric disorders; (3) patients previous diagnosis of gastric cancer, massive gastrointestinal bleeding and gastric perforation; (4) patients with hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, renal dysfunction, liver disease or malignant diseases were all excluded; (5) pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and women planning to be pregnant; (6) patients who had participated in other clinical trials within 1 month; (7) the selected acupoint area has skin diseases, limb deformity and other conditions that cannot be treated by acupuncture.
