Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 2019.06 - 2022.06 patients undergoing elective surgery in our hospital; 2. Gender is not limited; 3. Aged more than 65 years; 4. ASA:I-III; 5. PSQI score > 7 before admission; 6. The subjects volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a history of psychological or mental illness before operation; 2. History of alcoholism and drug abuse. 3. Other sedative or sleeping pills were used within 1 week before operation. 4. Evidence of serious cardiovascular, kidney, blood or liver diseases.
