18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) male fenale aged 18-65 years old; (2) With refractory ulcerative colitis which meet the diagnostic standard "Second European evidence-based Consensus on the diagnosis and management of ulcerative colitis"; (3) Subjects or their legal representatives are given informed consent, and to be able to complete the full cycle of follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Mild or severe ulcerative colitis; (2) Patients with known allergies to culture medium; (3) Patients with Crohn's enterocolitis, indeterminate colitis, ischaemic colitis, radiation colitis, drug induced enteritis and colitis of other causes; (4) A history of malignancy or hematological disease; (5) Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases: acute cerebrovascular disease or myocardial infarction within 3 months ,uncontrolled high blood pressure (>180/110mmHg) or severe cardiac insufficiency (New York Heart Association IV) or ejection fraction1.5ULN,AST>1.5ULN, SCr>ULN); (8) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (9) Patients having participated in clinical trials within 3 month prior to enrollment in this study.
