combined bleaching group:At-home bleaching using Opalescence PF tooth whiting system combined with Opalescence Boost every two weeks+Icon resin infiltration

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients included in this clinical are diagnosed with moderate to severe dental fluorosis(Dean's classification),at least 18 years old, have good general health and all 12 anterior teeth with no caries or any restorations and/or endodontic treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are pregnant or lactating, have severe endogenous staining of teeth (e.g.tetracycline staining), take any pigmented drugs, smoke or have severe periodontal disease.Patients who have had tooth bleaching procedure.
