Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years, = 2 points, ie ?SOFA score >= 2 points; (Unknown patients with organ dysfunction have a baseline SOFA score of 0); 4. Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation is hot poison flaming; 5. Patient informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Can not eat normally and indwelling stomach / jejunal nutrition tube loser; 2. No history of malignant solid tumors, hematological tumors, autoimmune diseases, etc. that have been transferred and cannot be removed; 3. Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, liver, kidney, lung, pancreas and other physical organ transplantation history; 4. Estimated survival time < 24 hours; 5. Pregnant or breast-feeding patients; 6. Those who are allergic to the Chinese herbal medicine in this study.
