Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 50 to 75 years; 2. The clinical diagnosis of patients is clear; 3. The patients in the acute stage of herpes zoster are not more than 7 days away from the onset of the disease; 4. When patients with post-herpes zoster neuralgia are treated, the pain lasting time after herpes healing lasts more than 90 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Organic diseases such as heart and lung; 2. Severe cognitive impairment; 3. Recent use of hormones or immunosuppressive agents; 4. Malignant tumors and other immune system diseases; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
